Safari Help Needed, Blocked Pop-ups!

I want to use Safari because of it's features but it block pop-ups... even when I turn it off. Some website need pop-ups allowed. Can i get something like this for Safari.

Can you please confirm that you've turned off popup blockers in Safari?

Not that I know of. What you can do is go Safari>> Block Popup windows. and check, or uncheck it.

Yes I have unchecked Pop-up Blocker.
