When using safari in iOS 6 I could be searching Google, click on a link, read it and then backpage to my search results where I would return exactly to where I was previously. Likewise when reading an online newspaper I could click on a story, read in and then click backpage to return to where I was in the newspaper.

With iOS 7 whenever I click backpage to return to my search results or newspaper, it always plants me right back at the top of the page and I have to scroll down to find where I was before.
This is extremely annoying! Is it a glitch or can I somehow remedy this?

Typically the position seems to be stored for me. Perhaps an issue with RAM being pretty full or something along those lines?
