safari 1.3.2 has been running veeeery slowly of late on my oct 2004 14" G4 iBook (OSX 10.3.9, 1.33GHz). a couple of weeks ago, i just decided to cycle power since i hadn't turned it off in a couple of months. that seemed to help, but now it's only been a short time and already the delays are significant. i mainly notice a delay when switching to safari from another app.

i ran the demo version of macscan on the outside chance that i'd picked up some spyware, but not surprisingly, it found nothing. any other possibilities anyone can think of? things i might try?

thanks,
erik

thanks!

clearing the cache seems to have done it... i'll give it a few more days before declaring victory, though.
