Safari issue. Drag late before you can click link?

First issue with iOS8...

Anyone else find when you open a google search, you have to drag the page a tad before you can click a link?

Yes, I'm experiencing the same thing on my iPad Air. My iPhone 6 doesn't seem to have this problem. Both are running 8.1, FWIW.
