When logged in, clicking on "Your Notifications" is supposed to flyout a small window where you clicked. When doing that click, the flyout animates/loads very choppy and slow. Refreshing it then clicking it makes it animate fast, but after clicking multiple times it gets choppy. (After 3 times consecutively). Is anyone else seeing similar behavior or know what might be going on?
