Safari Keeps Crashing in iPhone 4s on iOS 9.2.1 !!

I am on iOS 9.2.1 on my iPhone 4S and everytime I type a URL in the Safari Browser it keeps crashing and restarting untill it gives me a big error message saying page not displayed. What do I do ? How can I fix it ?

I tried the fix mentioned in this thread i.e. disabling safari suggestions options, still it crashes it has not fixed my problem

You can try playing with some other Safari settings (including any iCloud one possibly) to see if that might change anything. Alternatively, assuming restarting the phone has already been attempted, perhaps resetting some settings (like network settings), if not all settings might be worth a try.

Same thing happened on mine after the update, here is what fixed it: settings>safari>advanced>website data then tap remove all. Hopefully this helps
