safari keeps signing me out of sites...

this just started today. i woke this morning to find myself signed out of sites i am always on (like this one). i rebooted (why not?) and... it's still happening. this site, other sites; amazon, news sites; i keep refreshing pages, and having to log in again.

any ideas about this? just wondering what the common denominator is... and why this is suddenly happening.

only happening on my macbook (my imac is not experiencing this).... both macs on the same OS (the current public beta)

Check the clock is synced, it may be the reason.

thanks; it is. and right now, the whole thing seems ok... will see if it occurs again (ie tomorrow). thanks for the suggestion

I had this 'problem' on my iPad but found that it was the result of going to Private Browsing and then forgetting that I hadn't changed back(?). Wasn't really 'signed out' just still in 'Private'.

i've never actually used private browsing... anyway, it seems to be ok now.

I seem to be having the same problem on Monterey... I'd love some suggestions. Seems to be a new thing.
