Safari No scroll

Well, safari decided not to scroll any more, my method to getting down to the bottom, oh yes, classically highlighting everything. Please help.

Reads like your button is stuck on selection, just restart your computer.

have you tried using two fingers on the trackpad?

That could be the problem or the mouse itself could be broken!! Try another if you have one!!
