This seems to be happening on my iPad 4th gen and iphone 5S...

When I go to enter in a website address, the loading bar gets to about 30% or so then just gets hung up. If I click cancel and refresh then it quickly goes to the webpage.

I've tried closing all apps, doing that thing where you hold down the power and home button in an apple app, cleared safari cache, still no luck. Any ideas?

This has happened to me since the iPhone 4 and since iOS6, only I have to force-close Safari and reopen before websites load as normal again. The problem is so frequent that I have had to install a different browser.

Any particular website? 3G/4g/wifi? It happens to me also with weak wifi signals.

this happens for me as well time to time. But I can live with that.. sometimes I think it's the wifi connection.. but not sure

I'm open to that idea but why does it not do it with any other device, or indeed the same device with a different browser?

It never happens on LTE for me, only when I am home. I just replaced my router and I doesn't happen with a strong signal, just a weak signal.
