Is anyone else besides me having issues with safari after updating to iOS 9?

Constant page reloading, app crashing, laggy response while navigating?

The experience is terrible.

How do I fix it?

I have a iPhone 5S btw

I suggest wait a little longer. It maybe indexing.
Exactly, my battery was draining when I first downloaded it but after a week I saw a huge improvement in fact my battery is better now that it's ever been on iOS 7 or 8

I firmly believe it takes time to settle and relearn how you use your phone.

Don't waste your time resetting your phone. It's an iOS 9 issue. Everything is going to be laggy and choppy until Apple fixes it in an update.

Safari on 9.0.1 is way better for me than it was on my 6+ running iOS8. In fact the whole phone is better...at everything.

So I guess you're having issues as well?
Yes but not just safari. Scrolling in almost all apps is not as smooth. Almost every animation Islam iOS 9 has frame drops but playing games are at constant 60 fps. It's an issue that Apple needs to fix. Resetting won't fix anything , trust me.

Do not believe him. He doesn't know what he is talking about..
iOS 9 on an iPhone 5s is as good as iOS 8 from a speed and responsiveness perspective. Try resetting your iPhone.

If you think resetting a phones SETTINGS will fix lag and improve speed then im sure you don't know what you are talking about.

On iOS 8.4.1, Safari on my 6+ crashed constantly. It was very frustrating.

On iOS 9, not one crash. Safari is so good on iOS 9. I actually enjoy using again. On my wife's 5s it's great as well.

Except that it has worked for various different issues for quite a few people. Seems like reality disagrees.

Sure, but does it fix lag? NOPE.
Depends on what you are taking about. Some occasional framedrops in a few places? Perhaps not. Actual weird issues with noticeable delays of opening apps or real bad stuttering in many places? It has for various people (as those are not issues most experience).

Any settings in particular I need to reset?

Usually it's best to reset all settings (without deleting all data) to see if that makes a difference. Beyond that, if that doesn't change anything, it might be worth trying to restore as new to see how it behaves then.

Over all 9.0.2 is working well on my air2, but also having some issues with blank pages or partly blank pages when scrolling ...example news articles. It's like I'm reading along and scrol to continue reading but the page is blank and takes a bit of time before the page fills in. I have 8.4 on another iPad and can be viewing both at the same time but not have any problem on the older version.
Just hoping for a fix in one of the next updates.

For me (iPad Air), Safari is the only feature is WAY BETTER THAN iOS 8.4.1.

Not joking, a lot of snappier than my previous iOS.
