This started happening today. On every website I visit, the scrollbar "says" the page is about twice as long as it really is and at the bottom of the page, I get the grey background. I haven't changed any settings, so I really don't know why this is happening. Can anyone help?

Restart Safari:
Press the home button to go to the home screen
Double tap the home button
Press and hold on an icon in the tray that pops up until they start wiggling
Press the red button on safari.
Press the home button again, relaunch Safari
