Safari over Wifi issues

anyone experiencing using SAFARI over Wifi? It has a hard time loading pages until I switch to cellular then it's zippy

This is actually something I have begun noticing in some of the other apps too. For example I was ordering Dominos and it kept complaining about no network connection until I switched over to cellular. I wonder if a network settings reset would have any effect.
