Safari page refresh

Wouldn't it make sense if pulling the page down in mobile Safari refreshed the current page rather than trying to tap the refresh button?

I'm not sure why this hasn't been implemented.

If you scroll up too much you have to wait for it to refresh.

There's a jailbreak tweak that does exactly that but as has been said you tend to reload the page by mistake...

You'd have to pull down quite a lot to refresh, I don't think it would cause that many mistaken refreshes.
