I noticed today that the power saver feature for plug-ins in Safari, which is still being advertised on Apple's website, is now gone and was replaced by a plug-in management feature.
Here is Apple's website for Mavericks: http://www.apple.com/osx/preview/advanced-technologies.html

    Anyone else noticed this?

You are right. I was looking for that before but somehow I couldn't see it. Strange :)
