Safari Problem

Hi All
Brand new 2019 iMac replacing a 2009 iMac
Weird Safari issue - I wonder if I am missing a preference setting
Every time I refresh a website it requires me to re-login
All of my passwords and user names are saved in Safari so it is a small hassle but it wasn't like this before
Did a Safari update change security?

Am I missing something? How can I stay logged into sites when they update content or I refresh the site?
