Im struggling to get to grips with Safari after getting used to Firefox. Its my first Macbook Pro and need to know the following:

1. if i have several safari pages and other applications open, how can I switch between the different safari pages using the keyboard. :apple: + tab just switches to a different application rather than different safari page.

2. how can i maximise the safari web page so that it fits the whole screen?

Thanks
Laura

Hi there,

from Safari Help "To quickly switch between tabs, press Command-Shift-[ and Command-Shift-]."

and I think your other question is more related to OSX rather than Safari. OSX maximises your window to the most screen thats available, rather than in windows where a maximised application takes over everything. I assume you mean that it won't cover the dock and the whole screen?

Hope this helps.

Cheers.

Or just F10 for Expose´ and click on the page you want (faster than cycling if you have more than 2 open pages).
