Safari Question

Is it possible to pin a small safari window on top of another so that I can watch the pinned window whilst still being able to use the other window (basically I want to watch TV over the net in the small window whilst still browsing the net in the other). I know I could just size the windows over a split screen however I dont want to do that.
 
Your active window is necessarily the one on top. You can, however, place a media window beside your active window. This arrangement will not obscure your media window as your media continues to play.
 
no your going to have to resize a window off to the side. If its a certian type video stream you could open it in say, vlc, and keep it on top.
