Safari Reading List and iCloud?

Does Safari's Reading List feature sync over iCloud? I just upgraded my MacBook Air to Lion yesterday and my iPad and iPhone were already on iOS 5. I've been occasionally using Reading List on all three devices and was under the impression that they'd all sync when I fully migrated to iCloud. How can I enable this?

It's supposed to work just by setting bookmark syncing to on in the iCloud pane in System Preferences. I've found it to be pretty unreliable, though, but sometimes have luck nudging it into action by toggling it to off and then on again.
