Safari red underlining in 12.3.1

After the update to 12.3.1, Safari insists in red underlining the mispelled words.

The keyboard Check Spelling option is disabled in Settings/General/Keyboard, and this only happens in Safari. No other app is doing this.

How do I disable this behaviour?

Same here. But sometimes it's red sometimes not.
