    Hello,

I noticed whenever I enter any URL address in the toolbar, Safari pops up:
(www.loadoages.com) and go straight to (searchassist.verizon.com)..then it disappear.

I haven't found useful articles online about this situation. Any idea?

    Hi,

    you likely got a malware/adware.

    Download and run MalwareBytes

    I just did and OMG....
    "Threat files detected: 132"!!!

    Many with /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.

and a single file under PUP.MPlayerX
    /Library/Preferences/org.

Should I delete them all? Kinda scared it might mess up the system? :D

    You can delete them all.

    After that, run MB again.

I also suggest you to run Etrecheck and post the output here.
