Safari scrollable div prob

hello,

I have a problem with a scrollable div in Safari.
it works ok on Explorer, but in Safari the scrollable div frame disappears.

I am running it on 10.3.2 with safari 1.1.1 and it doesn't work for some reason...?

I mean it should look like this www.thanuka.com with a only the frame having a scroll.
