Safari self launches tries to install "Chill-Tab"

Some malware has infected my mac. Safari launches on its own and then tries to install the "Chill-Tab" extension. My homepage was mysteriously changed to search chill tab. Anyone else deal with this malware and know how to remove it?

You may have to clean out Safari Extensions and Plugins manually.
