When I close Safari in OSZ, I want it to save my tabs. Do I need an app for this? Or is there a good app for this, perhaps so I can recover them if I open Safari and they are not there?

Thanks,

Jon

As long as you have not deleted Safari history, this feature is already built in. When you restart Safari just go to the History menu and click Reopen all windows from last session.

It would still be easy to lose a session that way. I would like something that keeps a history of sessions, like I have for Firefox on Windows 7.

I am nervous about installing anything that is not from the official webstore as I don't know if it has anything malicious hidden in it.

You could read other reviews about it or use one of the AV solutions to scan it or just use Safari's built in session restore function Weaselboy mentioned or you could use a www search engine to look for other options. It is how I found the first one anyway, I do not know everything, but I can find a lot.

At some point you have to trust someone. The extensions available via Apple should be fairly safe. There are two shown, Sessions and SafariRestore.
