I updated both my 2009 MacBook Pro and my late 2012 iMac. The Macbook seems fine. Runs great for an 'old' machine.

However the iMac has an issue - the share sheet in Safari is blank with a grey out 'No Service' text in place of any destinations.

Is there somewhere i should be checking to turn it on? I didn't do anything on my Macbook and that works fine. Is it possible to trash the Safari app and download it again (separate from the whole OS) to fix this?

Is that the only issue? Or do you have other "symptoms"?

    Notification Center - Edit
What's missing? Got weather? Calculator? Stocks?

    System Prefs - Extensions
    What's missing? Got Actions (Markup)?

If those are gone too, there are fixes but it's a bit convoluted.

Now you mention it, I don't have much in my Notifications window, no widgets, weather, or calendar. I have the date and and preview of 'Tomorrow'. That's it.

In my extensions I have All, Finder and Today in th left hand column. That's it.

Is there a way to re-install OSX? Maybe that would be the best idea...

Reinstall did not fix it for me. This has happened to a small percentage of Yosemite adopters, myself included. There are fixes out there (I'll include links below) but after discovering that it was account-specific, I fixed mine by creating a new account (login) on the Mac, moving the user data, and blowing away the old account. The longest part was copying data.

If you sign in as guest or create a new login temporarily on your Mac, you'll probably find all is well with those accounts. Here are the threads with piecemeal fixes. After reading them, I just decided to start with a new login...lol

Definitely recommend reading those threads all the way through before acting on any advice contained in them - You know how it goes.

    Anyway, hope this helps...
