Is there any way to increase this? I'd love to use it as an RSS replacement but anytime I try, I end up with a headache from reading the tiny light grey on dark grey text.

Hello... did you ever find a solution to this? I've not through Googling and I agree, the problem is a pain in the eyes... Very "unApple" not to think of those who might not have 20-20 vision.
