Safari shortcuts on home screens not working

They do nothing. Only way to access safari is using the safari app itself.
Tried deleting and recreating the icons with no success either.

This is on the iPhone 4.
I was using ios4 on my 3G for a few days and there was no issue there.

Anyone else?
