Safari showing cached pages when rotating?

I'm sure this has been posted but search here is broken.

If I rotate between landscape and portrait view, sometimes I get an old page view. Any setting I can tweak to get rid of this?

I have the same issue on my ipad mini a/retina. It isn't just safari either, I think it happens with all apps. It will show a previous screen than what I was last on.
