Is safari being slow for anyone else here? Some times, usually after waking up my Mac, the blue bar only goes half way (sometimes only 1/3rd) and just sits there doing nothing. It's not my Wifi, as other apps seem to have no trouble connecting right after wake.

Funny thing is, it's not just this Mac but on my MBP as well. It's not a big issue, but I'm fairly certain it wasn't always like this.

I have this issue from time to time, even without being awakened from sleep. I suspect it may have something to do with the extensions I have installed (adblockers and JavaScript blockers), but I haven't taken the time to research them. I just refresh the page when it hangs and it usually loads fine.

Refreshing doesn't always work for me. Even closing Safari and restarting it is not always 100% effective.
You can check to see if you have any extensions or plug-ins that may be affecting it. It's also possible that the problem is at the other end, with the site itself.
