Safari is just creeping thru websites on wifi. Anyone else having this issue? Any way to fix it?

Ya, mini is slow too, lagging loads and scrolls, also pressing and holding a link to open in another tab there is a pause before the option to open in another tab appears, pretty frustrating, typing seems to be fine though
