iPhone 5. Safari seems to be slow at opening pages initially. The status bar will stall at say 30% for 1-4 seconds then go fast like it did after a fresh restore. It does not do this when I restore from backup or as new but ffter a few days of use, it slows back down as described above. All other speeds are very fast-speed test, downloading, apps, etc. Same issue on fast wifi connection or LTE. Any ideas?
