Do you guys came across this before ...it happen to me a few times not sure why hopefully someone can enlighten me .

Maybe the website has to have certain coding in place for Safari to pick the functionality up.

It happens frequently.
When it does for me, I create a login ID and generate a strong password with my 3rd party password manager app (One Safe) then save it- then paste it in the website set up fields.
Usually then when the new log in credentials are submitted to the website, Safari will ask to save them. If not, I'll have the login info saved to my password manager
