Safari stopped scrolling

Anyone having any issues with the latest safari, which stops scrolling up and down on a page. Seems to happen a few times to me. I have had to close the tab and reload the page again.

Yeh, had some small issues with safari too.. but a restart (of my Air, not the browser) resolved everything.
