Safari Tab bar bug

Hi guys,

With 'always show tab bar' unticked, create a new tab. This will show the tab bar. Cool

Now drag the new tab to create another window with it.

The tab bar remains on the original window, even though you have only 1 tab. It should go back to no tab bar.


Before (correct way of displaying single tab):

After (bug):

Only way to return that window to 'no tab bar', is to create another tab again (so 2 tabs total).. and close that new tab. That will revert to original appearance. How annoying.


There a setting I'm missing?

I see that bug too. I'm not aware of any setting that you might have missed. I remember another thread about Safari bugs when moving tab bars to new windows.

Fair enough, thanks for the response

Yea seems like there's a few slightly different tab behaviour issues at the moment.. not great.
Hopefully my feedback gets noticed
