Safari Tab Closer

Does the close all tabs and exit not work for anyone else? The close all tabs button works fine but when I try and close all and exit, itll close the safari app but if I go back into it it still has my previous tabs up.

Is this a known bug? Seems like its been like this for a while.

cmon no one else has this problem?!?! can someone at least test it out to see if its just me or everyone?

You aren't alone, close all and exit has never worked for me either.
