Is there a way to open a folder with tabs without safari auto close current opened tabs?

I dont want to open a new window in order to open the folder with the tabs. I want in the current window to open new folder with tabs without loosing the currently openned tabs.. like in firefox/chrome.

Yes, open a new window, then open the folder of tabs in the new window. There's no way to do it in the same window.
