Safari - This webpage was reloaded because a problem occurred (When logging into a site)

Hi folks, please can someone help me as I am pulling my hair out here!

On Safari version 13.1, mac os 10.13.6

On a few websites, namley Ebay, PayPal and a couple of others I get this message, often when trying to log in.

It will then say 'A problem repeatedly occurred with "website name"

I have cleared my cache and cookies.

Please help, as I cant get onto these sites which is essential.

Do you have developer options turned on? if so, make sure you don't have "Disable disable cross-origin restrictions" turned on. If you absolutely need safari try the safari tech preview if nothing else works.
