Safari toolbar color

Is there any way to change the dark gray color of the tool bar? Those with vision problems - even a little - have a hard time with black letters on dark gray background. Seems like folks with NO problems might find this a little hard to read, too. Thanks.

There is no way to change the colour but you can change the contrast.
System Prefs > Universal Access > Seeing > Increase contrast.

You can also recalibrate the colour to suit you.
System Prefs > Displays > Colour > Calibrate.

Both helped me 🙂
