Safari update - search .co.uk, not .com

Does anyone know the new string to change so that Safari will search google.co.uk, and not google.com?
According to Apple there aren't any other English speaking countries outside of the US.

It used to be

http://%@.google.com/%@?q=%@&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8

was changed to

http://%@.google.co.uk/%@?q=%@&=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8

Basically removing the 'ie' in order to retain the length when adding 'uk'.

I've searched through the file but there are now so many google.com references it's going to take quite a while.

Also is there a hide all windows command in OS X, like the show desktop command in windows?
The 4 finger up gesture is utterly useless because as soon as you click anything everything springs back. I don't want to just look at my pretty desktop background for a second, I want to clear my open windows! lol

Why not just use Glims or Inquisitor to set the search engine as Google UK? Or use virtually any other search engine for that matter, at least in terms of Glims.
