In Safari I can use the url bar to type in phrases and it will bring me to website I visited in the past. For example, if I want to go to the iPhone section on the macrumors forum. On safari I can just type iP in the "URL" bar and it will bring me to it. Can I get a plugin for chrome like this?

All I typed in the image above was "ip" and it gave me the iPhone section.

Mine does, but in reverse order (it has the web address first, then the page title). Maybe you deactivated it somewhere in the settings?

Yes, Chrome does do this (and did it for a long time)
