I've owned my 13 Pro for about 6months now and up until recently its been great. The last month or so, I have noticed that the blue loading bar on safari will load about 1/3rd of the way and then stop, after 7-10 seconds, it will finally load the web page I am trying to get to. During this process, safari stays stuck on the web page i am trying to navigate from, it takes so long that you think the webpage / browser froze or isn't responding and then BOOM, it starts to load the page i am trying to get to like normal. It happens whether I am on my local wifi at home, work or on my ATT cellular network. My wife claims her 12 Pro is doing the same.

First world problems i know, but it used to be 1-3 seconds at most to pop up an load a web page with a strong signal whether it be wifi or 5g. Sometimes, even when it loads the page after those 7-10 seconds, the page pops up and still isn't 100% loaded.

Currently on IOS 15.6

Anybody else having this issue or have any ideas?

Just today on Safari I was trying to get to a couple of medical site and it took forever or not at all. I don't have any add-ons on my computer so that cannot be it, but when I try other sites it came out really quick. Perhaps it's just the site that is the hang up, unsure. This has happened also on my Mac studio and iPad as well trying to visit the same medical side. Hopefully someone can weigh in and enlighten us.

Have you tried resetting your router ? Mine does get slow sometimes but if it does I just disconnect and connect back to the wifi and it loads instantly. It was slightly slow earlier though so might just be an issue with Safari maybe ? It’s working lightning fast on mine currently and I only have 35mbs internet too

Yea, I have reset the router a few times. Wondering if the old router from my cable company is just old and outdated. I used safari this morning at a local office with their wife and the pages loaded very quick for the two that I went to.

Have you closed all apps and restarted your phone?
