Safari won't let me download Vivaldi browser

Why do I keep getting this? I thought it was something wrong with Opera, but Safari does it too. It's been like that for two days now.

Use a browser OTHER THAN Safari to download Vivaldi...

The obvious question is why?

Because the webadmin of Vivaldi has made a mistake. From your screenshots it looks like they messed up the HTTPS configuration, my guess is that their TLS certificate expired.

https://downloads.vivaldi.com/stable/Vivaldi.4.3.2439.63.universal.dmg it popped up the download link for me so I assume they fixed it overnight.
