Safari Won't Start

Safari will not start for me today. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program with no luck. It shows up in the dock like it's open, but a window never pops up and when I check under the force quit menu, it shows that Safari is not responding.

Any ideas?

**Scratch that. It seems to have fixed itself.**

I see that it now works, but in the future, try repairing permissions, as they can screw up its ability to access plugins.
