Safari Won't Work!!! Help!!!

I turned on my computer one day and opened safari and the page didn't load. I tried again and again but nothing. Now it says Cannot connect to proxy. There is a screenshot attached with safari and proxy settings.

How about try it without using the proxy.

it worked!! I've never known what a proxy was so I've never touched the settings. Thanks though!!
