My wifi is so slow that youtube times out before it even buffers the video, and as a result, i just use cell data. But if i do that, the video is only like 360p. Is there a way to get HD video from youtube in safari over cellular?

Try the app Jasmine. Has a free version. Under settings, it lets you choose video quality over cell network. Choose HD and see if that works.

As far as getting them HD in safari it will not work unless you're jailbroken.

Not in the paid version. Still works for me.

McTube is pretty nice. Wish I could make it the native video app.

I had the paid version. Dev said he was instructed by Apple to remove caching. Maybe you have the older app

That's weird....and it sucks. It's a great feature.

Have to remember not to upgrade just in case!
