Apps Safari?

Is there anyway to use safari or a browser on Apple TV? I want to watch a video on a website and can't figure it out! I tried Airplay from my iPhone but won't let me.

Airplay off of that mac mini of yours

You can sideload a web browser onto the new Apple TV. Just google it
