Safari's pdf's

Is there any way to have pdf's from the net open in Preview or save them to the desktop by default instead of Safari? It just gets annoying when looking at tons of pdf's and I have to open them in Safari, then open then in Preview from there, then save them onto the desktop.

Do a thread search over the last week, there was a solution to this posted very recently. It involves a single terminal command, basically disabling Safari's pdf support such that preview takes over.
