iPhone Safe mode resets everything

If my phone goes into safe mode it completely resets all settings and removes the weather text only way to get the weather text back is to manually reset all settings anyone know a fix I'm tired of resetting settings lol

you should just restart it and you should be good

I've tried that only fix I have found is to manually reset settings to get weather text back :/

Having same problem with weather text after safe mode too. Weird
