Safe to buy used iPhone wireless charger?

would it be safe if I bought a used belkin wireless charger? It’s used but in pretty good condition, worried the battery may have some drain or something?

It's probably fine, but a Ravpower or Anker wireless charging pad is all of $10 on Amazon...
