iPad Pro Safe to install the public beta on your only iPad device?

How’s everyone’s battery life on the Public Beta? I have it on my M4 11 inch with Magic Keyboard, and I’m not impressed with the battery life - however, I purchased MK while already on the Beta, so I’m not sure if it’s iPadOS 26 or MK (or both) that is tanking my battery life.
