Sale or new price for MB/MBP memory?

I noticed the 4GB memory upgrade for a new MB/MBP is $90. It was $150. Sale or new price?

I'm guessing it's a new price to reflect the "tech gets cheaper as times moves forward" law. Apple put something on sale?!?!? Don't be silly!
